They cancel me i had to sleep in my car and the booking,com service was horrible service they had me waiting till midnight by that time all hotels were booked horrible service

I'd like to say that the price was good, but even at the price I paid, the hassles were not worth the price. I didn't even get the room I reserved. And I was not able to check in after midnight even though I called ahead to inform them that a late flight would delay us. Read what I didn't like to hear the full story.

Everything was perfect for my kids and I. We definitely felt at home. Loved the price and location. Very spacious and clean! Every staff member I encountered and or interacted with was friendly and helpful. Will be booking again in the future.

The room was substandard. Had to change rooms because of broken equipment in the room which couldn't be fixed. The next room had a blocked sink and a window that did not close. The kitchen light was also broken. Some tenants had obviously been taking drugs or heavy drinking and were abusive. Reported to the desk but not real apology or help to fix things. Not recommended as a place to stay.
